They play

The trampoline was a gift from their Gran & Grandpa for Christmas. They are on it every day. At first Anouk wouldn’t get on while Ava was on it, because she got bounced around too much. After a week she decided it was too hard to wait until Ava had finished her turn, so she quickly figured out how to jump at the same time. Daily games are being invented like; sitting on a towel while the other jumps & if you fall off your towel then the sharks will get you…. and you have to jump around the balloons, but you are not allowed to let the balloons touch you…. even more fun when we fill the balloons with water!  I have laughed a lot watching them play and giggle & fall. If we have been out for the day & return home in the afternoon they race in the door shouting “mummmy can we jump? watch me jump!”….. then they jump in the golden afternoon light until they are called inside for dinner. I will hold the memory of them from this Summer, just like this. They are happy and they play.
