We’ve watched her go from sleepy and inward focused to bright eyed and outward focused.
She wants to touch everything.
She grabbed a bag of chips right out of my hands today.
She’s curious about the world and the people around her.
She tried to crawl towards a plate of food on boxing day.
She wants in on the conversations.
She wants in on the play.
She’s looking out windows.
She’s grabbing at toys.
Reaching for our faces.
Chewing on the books.
Observing all the movement.
She’s in a world of wonder.
Discovering it all for the very first time.
