Wedding Anniversary 2016

Pete surprised me with a child free night away together in the Hunter Valley for our 13th wedding anniversary. I was 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant, so we took the opportunity to capture a few photo’s of the baby bump just starting to show. Pregnancy is a journey and with this being my third one, I know that so much changes on that journey, so it was nice to take a few photo’s of myself before those changes really start to take place. I won’t even fit into this dress in a couple more weeks. We are so happy about this baby though, so bring on all the changes!

The following pics are the collection from our phone camera’s. As we left the house, on the road trip, out at dinner and at lunch at a vineyard the following day.
I am experiencing 1st trimester nausea at this point in the pregnancy, but not so much that I still couldn’t enjoy myself. The photo’s with the glass of champagne were just for a bit of a laugh because the restaurant knew it was our anniversary, so they very kindly gave us a complimentary glass of bubbles each. I of course couldn’t drink mine, so Pete got two. Every photo is so precious to me. This is us, nearing the end of our 30’s, about to add another member to our family…. 13 years of marriage, almost 18 years together.. and so happy.
